The Thrill of The Drive MasonTRoss

Driving should be an adventure in itself whether it's blasting down a mountain pass or cruising in the city. Your car should be able to tackle any corner with ease and still be enjoyable and comfortable for both you and your passenger, no matter where your destination may be.

Superb inspirational images... we need to see how you encorporate these into your sketches.

Very Good inspirational boards! I really liked how rich you make your sketches in details, and for next step, excited to see your Chevy sketches!

Thank you both for your excellent feedback! I am currently working on some sketches and will post them as soon as I finish.

Yes! Please, very excited to see your progress and your new proposals! Keep it up!

Is there anything else you would like to see in the presentation or in the sketches?

Eduardo Okamoto in reply to MasonTRoss 13 January 2017 19:15:02
Checking your previous sketches, you're really good in sketching the main views (plan, side, frt/rear) but now, I would like to see your theme on some perspective views, or even more, if you can make some renderings, putting some colors - lights and shadows, would be awesome!

I appreciate your comments and just noticed that I am not able to upload anything new since the final round started. I was wondering if that had something to do with the rules, but I can't final anything about that.

The same thing happened to me. I emailed CDN a couple days back but the error is still not resolved. Hopefully we can get back to work soon. Regardless, I think you have an intriguing concept. I really like the adaptable ride height and how the windshield opens, you definitely have a creative idea.

Try shading the surfaces of the vehicle so that it is easier for the viewer to see the forms and shapes as you imagine them. Your sketches are good and your design is very futuristic, but the sketches are flat; shading them should help liven them up.

Thanks for the great feedback! I totally agree and will be sure to include that in future sketches. By the way, I really liked the shading and color in your latest image.

HI Mason. Cool design. I'd love to see your last perspective sketch rendered up with shading. I think it would really make it stand out against the competition. Good luck!

Thanks for the feedback, I'll be sure to include that in my final PowerPoint as it has been a request from multiple people. I hope it is not an issue that I haven't posted for a while, as I've been working on the project for the final judging stage.
